Q: What is your smoking policy at the resort?
A: In compliance with Thai law, smoking of all types (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vapes) is Strictly Prohibited in all enclosed or air-conditioned public areas, including restaurants, hotel rooms, and pool areas
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas (e.g., the parking area and clearly marked zones).
Violation of this policy will result in a fine of THB 2,000. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment.
Q: Can I bring a guest from outside the resort? Is there a joiner fee?
A: Yes, you may bring a non-registered guest to your room; however, a joiner fee of THB 1,000 per person per night applies. All joiners must present a valid ID card or passport at check-in and must leave the hotel premises before 7:00 AM.
Please note: In compliance with Thai law, guests are strictly prohibited from bringing companions under the age of 18 into the hotel rooms. Violation of this policy may result in legal consequences and immediate removal from the property without refund.
